Gradually, Houblonnier favors all the taste buds of the palate and its appetizing side invites you to come back to share a longer life moment with friends.

It can be consumed with Swiss brut cider, a white beer, young brut Champagne, Charmont, a 3-year-old Chasselas or a 3-year-old non-barrel Pinot noir.


For its first participation in the Swiss Cheese Awards competition, which took place from September 22 to 25, 2022, there were 1064 cheeses, 32 categories. In its category where 50 kinds of cheese were in competition, L’houblonnier came 13th with a score of 15.60/20.
